Recently, our manuscript “NOX2 mediates quiescent handling of dead cell remnants in phagocytes” was published in Redox Biology. The paper describes the role of NOX2 mediated ROS affect handling of secondary necrotic cells (SNECs) and associated consequences for inflammation and autoimmunity in Lupus. Redoxis involvement in the project was supported through the EU H2020-MSCE-RISE-2015 project Redoxit.
